The partnermax API is provided through two onboarding paths. Standard trial access is governed by the portal terms accepted during signup. Enterprise production rollout is governed by the signed partnership agreement; the executed agreement governs in case of any conflict.

Eligibility

Access is granted by Azure S.r.l. to software vendors that complete the Standard Trial Path or the Enterprise Onboarding Path. Standard trial access requires verified company data, accepted terms/privacy/DPA checkboxes, and conversion before the trial expires. Enterprise production access requires the executed agreement and active subscription status.

Acceptable use

• The API is for the partner's internal product. Re-selling raw API access to third parties is not permitted.
• Each partner is responsible for its own dealer data accuracy and for the commercial relationship with its dealers.
• Bulk scraping of the cross-network catalog is not permitted; the catalog endpoints are scoped to per-dealer reads by design.

Data processing

Azure S.r.l. acts as data processor for partner-provisioned dealer data. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request; the sub-processor inventory is published at https://developers.dealermax.app/.well-known/subprocessors.json.
